WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN?  

• This promo is open to all U-Store customers nationwide that will make SSS payment transactions during the promo period.
• To qualify for the promo:
  1. Customer must make an SSS transaction to any U Store (USSC branch) nationwide.
  2. One entry per SSS transaction (entry is based on the reference/transaction number found on the receipt).
  3. Have a valid I.D. and proof of transaction when claiming the prize (if selected).
  4. A customer can join the raffle once per unique SSS transaction they make in the branches.
  5. A customer who won the previous month can still join the following month’s raffle.

WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED?  

Employees of promoting agency (USSC or Universal Storefront Services Corporation), advertising agency (BCD Pinpoint Direct Marketing Incorporated) and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

HOW TO JOIN?  

• Customers will go to any U Store branch nationwide and pay your SSS bill.
• Secure your transaction/reference code after paying your SSS bill present in the receipt.
• Customers will send “USSC (space) BC+14-digit transaction/reference code” to 2256-6118.

Upon successful registration, the customer will receive a confirmation message from USSC that they are included in that month’s raffle draw.

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES (DATE & TIME): 

• Submission of raffle entries are only until 11:59 PM at the last day of every month (2023 September 30, October 31, and November 30).

RAFFLE DRAW/DETERMINATION OF WINNERS (DATES AND PRIZES) 

• Raffle draws will be held at 2:00 PM every 2nd Tuesday of the month (October 10, November 14, and December 12) in the USSC office (711 EDSA Cubao corner New York Avenue, Quezon City). Supervised by USSC Representative and DTI Representative.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:  

• Verified winners will be notified from their registered contact information: mailing address, email, SMS and/or a call from a USSC Customer Service Representative.

Congratulations, [Name of Winner]! You won a PHP 2,500 Robinsons Gift Certificate! Claim your prize from any U Store branch within 60 days from the receipt of this notice. Just present your valid ID and proof of SSS transaction.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:  

• The list of winners will be posted on USSC’s official social media accounts @ussc.philippines for Facebook and @ussc.ph for Instagram and in-store collaterals.

PERIOD OF REDEMPTION/CLAIM PERIOD:  

• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES:  

• To claim the prize, winners must present his/her valid I.D, proof of transaction (receipt) and/or the winner notification/message from USSC to any U Stores Nationwide.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

• Winners can claim their PHP 2,500 Robinsons Gift Certificate from any U Store branch by presenting a valid ID and proof of SSS payment transaction.
• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice.
• To claim the prize, winners must present his/her valid I.D and proof of transaction to any USSC Stores Nationwide.
• Prizes are not convertible to cash.
• Verified winners will be notified through their registered email address, mailing address, and/or mobile number via SMS or call from a USSC Customer Service Representative. The list of winners will also be posted on USSC’s official Facebook page and store LFDs (Large Format Displays).
• Employees of promoting agency (USSC or Universal Storefront Services Corporation), advertising agency (BCD Pinpoint Direct Marketing Incorporated) and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
• The deadline of submission/earning of raffle entries is on the last day of every month (30th of September, 31st of October, and 30th of November) at 11:59 P.M.
• Raffle draws will be held at the USSC office (711 EDSA Cubao corner New York Avenue, Quezon City), supervised by USSC Representative and DTI Representative.
• Raffle draws will be held at 2:00 PM every 2nd Tuesday of the month (October 10, November 14, and December 12) in the USSC office (711 EDSA Cubao corner New York Avenue, Quezon City). Supervised by USSC Representative and DTI Representative.
• The winners from the previous month can join the promo again for the following month.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, U Store customer agrees to give USSC full rights to all information shared such as Full Name, Contact details, Email address, Mobile numbers, and Mailing address for the purpose of advertising, marketing, research, and the like. The information collected is the property of USSC and shall be used for the purpose of this program.
